ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (OFFICE OF THE CEO) 
Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 p.a. exclusive of benefits 
Location: Head Office Pretoria (Ref No. SAS HO29/03/26-02) 
Nature of Position: Permanent 

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Office Management / Public Administration / Business Administration; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Administration field or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act; Knowledge of strategic documents such as Annual Performance Plans (APPs) and Strategic Plans; Knowledge of the National Archives and Records Service Act; Knowledge of Electronic Communications Transaction Act; Knowledge of Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS); Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA), PAIA & POPI; Knowledge of public service legislative frameworks; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations.

Key performance: The incumbent will render an administrative support service to the Office of the CEO; Render secretarial support services; Provide a registry function to the Office of the CEO; Provide Financial and Procurement Management Service and Render Human Resource Administration.
