The key purpose of this role is to execute the brand strategy to grow Brand Power and Commercial results for Castle Lite in South Africa.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Translates data led insights into brand campaigns that deliver on the brand’s 1-year strategic plan.
  • Deliver creative campaigns aligned to the brand strategy to drive growth for Castle Lite
  • Lead both Big Bet and Strategic campaigns Through The Line, that keep the brand constantly fresh and deliver against ROI targets.
  • Project manage campaign timelines aligned to the brand strategy end to end. From brief to design/execution and After-Action Reviews
  • Guides and executes media strategies for Castle Lite campaigns.
  • Collaborates with partner agencies, Planning, Procurement, Connections, Trade Marketing, and regions to deliver and execute the strategy.
  • Manages the brand’s innovation pipeline through the line.
  • Challenges the status quo to optimize and course correct campaigns if required, to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Owns budget and ensures ZBB adherence for all campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication
  • Honours degree desirable but not essential
  • Relevant work experience
