Key Responsibilities
· Talent management systems – design and development, advocacy, communication.
· Direct talent management strategies and its implementation for the organization.
· Environmental and legislative scanning, information analysis and interpretation, and communication.
· Provide advice, assurance and monitoring of application of policies, systems, processes and practices.
· Strategic project leadership.
· Provides advice and support to Line Management, Financial Planners, HR Business Partners, and Workforce Planners.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech in Human Resources/Social Sciences/ Educational Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· 7 Years Experience in HR involving high level talent management or HR development
