Introduction
Position/Task Grade: P17 Area of specialization: To provide strategic legal advice and services, applying theoretical and practical knowledge and expertise, developing and operationalising this knowledge and expertise to advise and assist business in achieving optimal results and minimise risk. Expert knowledge of and experience in Public Procurement and Administrative Law, over at least the last five years. Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic, general and more complex and/or specialised legal advice.
· Manage dispute resolution
· Provide negotiation assistance.
· Advise on the implementation of legislation and case law.
· Manage external attorneys.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· LLB/B Proc at NQF8 with 480 credits and Admitted Attorney/Advocate
Related Minimum Experience:
· 7 years’ experience post admission experience in legal and strategic business environment
· Professional Registration Body: Legal Practice Council (LPC)
