Key Responsibilities
· Explore, diagnose, recommend and improve policies, standards and best practices.
· Formulate and position the strategic framework for project management capabilities.
· Identify, interpret, review and recommend the formulation and implementation of project management capabilities, governance and methodology.
· Conceptualize, formulate strategic direction and report on matters related to project management capabilities for capital investment projects.
· Evaluate, advise and report on data integrity within the designated systems for the project management capabilities.
· Mentor and coach on project management capabilities
