Introduction
Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Officer Customer Service Area position/task grade is T12 number of positions (x3). The Department is Edx Serve and Business Unit is Head Office. The location is various locations (Gauteng, KZN , Northwest). Area of specialization to manage and provide excellent generic and interface customer services for specialist fields in a defined geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform general supervisory activities.
· Manage customer data.
· Handle generic service activities.
· Build customer relationships.
· Manage quotation and connection services.
· Manage vending and prepaid activities.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business Management/CommunicationMarketing/Commerce/Engineering/ Social Science/Accounting/Finance at NQF6 with 240 credits.
Related Minimum Experience:
3 years’ experience in customer service.
