DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATOR 
Division: Finance and Administration 
Salary package: R292 374.00 – R394 962.00 per annum (CTC) 
Reference: HR05/26 

Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Department: Financial Management and Governance and the Head of Department: Supply Chain Management and Facilities. 
 
Key responsibilities: The successful incumbent will: * Manage diaries for the two Heads of Departments * Arranging meetings for the Finance and Administration Division * Make travel arrangements for FAD staff according to organisational procedures and policies * Develop and maintain a filling system to ensure efficient storage and access of departmental information according to sound administrative practice * Attend meetings to take minutes, type and distribute according to the meeting requirements * Provide a general office support function by faxing and copying documents according to the managers and administrative needs * Collating the performance information for the division * Manage all incoming and outgoing submissions and other documents for the division * Receive and maintain a register of supplier invoices * Provide assistance to finance with transactions such as payment of supplier invoices as and when required * Provide assistance to SCM with transactions such as Request for Quotations, Bidding, arranging of BEC and BSC meetings, filing, etc.

Requirements: * A Secretarial or Administrative Diploma * A Finance or SCM related qualification would be an advantage
