Introduction
Area of specialization: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer NTCSA, the General Manager Asset Management will be responsible to strategically lead and manage the initiatives and projects of assets management, by optimising business performance, cost, and risks for the effective and efficient operation of NTCSA assets. Task Grade: EEE Department: Asset Management Business Unit: Asset Management Location: Megawatt Park Sunninghill-Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and management of the assets management business unit (BU) and processes within NTCSA.
- Build and strengthen asset management competencies across NTCSA.
- Lead and manage the people processes and activities in the department.
- Manage and direct customer/stakeholder relationships and negotiations.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
BSc / B Eng degree in Engineering at a NQF 8 level with 480 credits.
Experience:
10 Years extensive experience in a management position with proven experience in the Engineering Field.
