Introduction
Area of specialization: To manage the activities and resources allocated to projects into a cohesive, efficient manner, administer and execute engineering and technology projects (including control plant) within cost, quality and time. Position/Task Grade: M15 Department: Project Delivery Business Unit: KZN Portfolio Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor projects and control cost, time and quality.
- Develop a project plan from concept to completion.
- Provide effective reporting on projects.
- Provide a project coordination function and manage a team.
- Manage safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ).
- Manage project contract management.
- Manage commissioning of a project
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B-Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment / Commerce / Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
5 years of experience in Project management / construction management in the built environment
