Introduction
Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Service agent customer services area position/task grade is T10 number of positions is (x3). The Department is Edx Serve and Business Unit is Head Office. The location is various locations (Gauteng, KZN, Northwest) Area of specialization to provide efficient generic and interface customer services related to specialist fields in specified geographical areas.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business Management/Communication/ Marketing/Commerce/Engineering/ Social Science/Accounting/Finance at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
2 years’ experience in working with customers and customer relations
