Introduction
Job description
· Provide user support for logged incidents and requests
· Develop solutions and enhancements on backend services and systems
· Performs system testing
· Perform system changes and enhancements
· Perform process documentation and reviews
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· National Diploma in Information Technology/ Engineering/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of Experience in information technology
