(Fixed duration contract for a period from 1 July 2026 to 24 December 2026)

Job Purpose: To assist with the administration of projects and programs of the Electoral Commission towards the 2026 Local Government Elections at provincial/national level.

Minimum Requirements: A three-year tertiary qualification or alternatively Matric/N3 plus at least 3 years relevant working experience (i.e. administrative and/or project management).  A valid driver’s licence and prior experience and knowledge of electoral processes and procedures will be an added advantage.

Other requirements:

  1. Must reside in municipality and province in which the application is made
  2. Must have knowledge of the province in which the application is made
  3.         Must have general administrative knowledge and experience 
  4. Must not hold any political position or be involved in any political parties’ campaigns
