Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for appointment to the following FIXED TERM positions in the administration of the Electoral Commission, a state institution established by Chapter 9 of the Constitution.

                  PROJECT SPECIFIC EXPANSION COORDINATOR (PSEC) FINANCE DEPARTMENT

(Inclusive remuneration package of R13,900 per month)

(Fixed term contract for 12 months but not later than 31 December 2026)

Job Purpose: To contribute towards the efficient co-ordination of financial management and asset management in order to assist the organisation to manage all projects and programs of the Electoral Commission towards the 2026 Local Government Elections. The Incumbent reports to the Deputy Manager: Corporate Services

Minimum Requirements: A recognized three-year tertiary qualification in Finance/ Accounting/ Internal Auditing/ Supply Chain Management or alternatively Matric/N3 plus at least 2 years relevant working experience (i.e., administrative and/or financial management within Finance environment) and a valid driver’s licence. Prior administrative experience and knowledge of electoral processes and procedures will be an added advantage
