Key Responsibilities
· Provide user support for logged incidents and requests.
· Developing solutions.
· Performs system testing.
· System changes and enhancements.
· Process documentation and reviews.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· National Diploma in Information Technology/Systems at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· 3 Years’ Experience in Information Technology
