Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support for logged incidents and requests
- Developing Solutions and enhancements on backend services and systems
- Performs system testing
- Perform system changes and enhancements
- Perform processes documentation and reviews
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma in Information Technology/
Engineering/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Experience:
3 years’ Experience in Information Technology
