Introduction
Task Grade: M15 Area of specialization: To manage the activities and resources allocated to projects into a cohesive, efficient manner, administer and execute engineering and technology projects (including control plant) within cost, quality and time. Department: Project Delivery Business Unit: Northern Portfolio Location: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor projects and control cost, time and quality
· Develop a project plan from concept to completion
· Provide effective reporting on projects
· Provide a project coordination function and manage a team
· Manage safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ)
· Manage project contract management
· Manage commissioning of a project
Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
B-Degree/ B Tech/ Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
5 years’ experience in Project Management/ Construction management in built environment.
