POST 42/66 : PERSONNEL PRACTITIONER – PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REF NO: NCUTVET/DHET 2025/18
SALARY : R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
CENTRE : Kimberley (Northern Cape Urban TVET College)
REQUIREMENTS : Recognised three (3) year National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF level 6) or relevant equivalent qualification. 2-3 years’ experience. Knowledge on PERSAL System (PERSAL Certificate). Must be able to use Microsoft (Word, Excel). Compiling of reports. Must be able to understand and interpret PMDS Policy. Must be able to write submissions and letters
DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for: Support effective management of individual performance management. Capturing all PMDS documents on PERSAL and excel spreadsheet. Development of an effective performance management database. Assist in Conduction training session on PMDS Policy. Facilitate and coordinate Branch Moderation Process.
