Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in one of the following discipline (Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Economics, Developmnent Studies, Commerce, Social Sciences, Social Security, Law, or IT), Computer literacy essential. Added advantage: A valid driver’s licence.
Key performance: The incumbent will Provide a grant customer care service, Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively, Administer medical bookings and assessments, Provide off-site grant application services to clients, Scanning and batching of grants files.
