Nature of Position: Permanent

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) as recognized by SAQA in the field of Information Systems / Data Analysts / Operations Management / Human Resources Management.
Experience: 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Information Management at an Assistant Management level or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills: Data analysis/processing, Functional / Professional Knowledge (subject knowledge), Planning & Organizing, Innovation / Creativity, Computer Literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Policy Analysis and Development, Manage Staff, Project Management, Manage Finance, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Workflow and user access management, Financial administration, Planning and organizing, Communication (written and verbal), Problem solving, Stakeholder management and client liaison, Report analysis and writing, Policy analysis and implementation, Facilitation and presentation.

Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will generate HCM Information for planning and reporting purposes; Manage and monitor data for reporting and do quality assurance; Manage HCM Processes and System Improvements; Manage the maintenance and Implementation of Post Establishment and Structure Changes; Management of HCM Registry, information services and Resources.

Preference will be given to Coloured Male or Indian Male/ Female or White Male/ Female or (Person with Disability- Coloured Male or Indian Male/ Female or White Male/ Female)
