Manager: Infrastructure / Network Engineer (Level 09) X 1
Salary: R 487,197– R 573,897 pa inclusive of benefits.
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: GP/SAS 03/05/2026)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a formal a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognised by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems.
Experience 3-5 years’ experience in the ICT technical environment of which 2 years must be at an Assistant Managerial level or equivalent managerial experience.
Duties: The incumbent will manage optimal performance, availability, and reliability of regional ICT network infrastructure; ensure disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity measures are implemented, tested, and maintained to safeguard critical ICT services; ensure adherence to ICT governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the regional ICT network operations; monitor ICT infrastructure projects within scope, budget, and timelines within the Region; monitor and secure regional ICT networks through proactive maintenance and effective implementation of security controls and standards and manage the sub-unit.
