Nature of Position: Permanent

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in Labour Relations / Human Resources Management/ LLB / Post graduate qualification in Labour Law; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential and should be indicated on the CV. Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in relevant field.

Knowledge and Skills: Labour Relations Act; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Employment Equity Act; Public Finance Management Act; policy development; Interpretation of legislation and policies; Manage Staff and Project Management. Planning & Organizing; Innovation; written and verbal communication; analytic thinking, problem solving.

Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will assist with the management of collective bargaining processes; Assist with the facilitation of labour relations cases in respect of dispute resolution, grievances and disciplinary cases within the Agency; Provide advice on labour relations matters and Assist with the facilitation of labour relations training within the Agency.

Preference will be given to African Male or Coloured Male or Indian Male/ Female or White Male/ Female.
