Key Responsibilities
· Provide a consultative service to customers.
· Perform business re-engineering.
· Test solutions.
· Provide user support for logged problems and information requests. · Provide system solution training.
· Monitor the status of the production interface jobs daily.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech in Information Technology/Information Management/
Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· 5 Years’ Experience in Eskom business and relevant system experience
