Introduction
The Senior Manager People Relations’ main output is to lead the strategic development and execution of integrated people relations and wellness frameworks across the division/subsidiary, ensure labour stability, legislative compliance and the promotion of employee health and wellness aligned to Eskom’s transformation, productivity and risk mitigation objectives including strategic oversight of collective bargaining, dispute resolution, occupational health, employee wellbeing and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership
Provide people relations oversight
Provide health and wellness oversight.
Ensure governance, compliance and risk management.
Manage stakeholder engagement and change enablement.
Provide team leadership and manage budget

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree / B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Labour Relations / Human Resources / Law / Public Health at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
10 years’ experience in industrial/employee relations and/or occupational health at management level, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple stakeholder portfolios.

Collective bargaining and dispute resolution mechanisms
Organisational development and employment equity
Policy design and implementation
Data analytics and health reporting

Skill:
Strategic communication and engagement
Conflict resolution and case management
Project and programme management
Change management and conflict navigation
Negotiation and high-stakes stakeholder engagement
