Introduction
Position: Snr Shift Supervisor X2 (Gx Kusile Power Station) Position/Task Grade: T13 Area of specialization: Supervision of the allocated sub-section on the Fossil Fired Power Station Units and associated auxiliary systems or the Outside Plant through adequate planning, coordinating, monitoring and control of activities. Department: Operating Business Unit: Kusile Power Station Location: Mpumalanga

Key Responsibilities
• Control shift work plan activities
• Supervise staff on shift
• Implement Plant Safety Programme on Shift
• Assist Shift Manager to manage the continuity of supply without jeopardizing plant and safety of personnel and to meet production requirements
• Perform Operating activities
• Enforce Permit to work system
• Manage Operating Related Incident investigation as delegated

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• National Diploma /National N Diploma Technical or
• NQF Level 5/6 National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control

Related Minimum Experience:
• 5 Years Operating related experience
