Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at our retail site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, risk assessment, and security procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement security procedures to protect the retail site and its assets
– Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
– Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the retail site
– Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to protect staff and customers
– Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on security
– Strong knowledge of security procedures and risk assessment techniques
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
– Experience managing a team of security personnel
– Valid security license or certification
