Introduction
Position/Task Grade: T10 (36 Months Fixed Term Contract) Area of specialization: To provide a professional customer service using available processes. Department: Retail Business Unit: Central East Cluster

Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound interactions.
· Handle back-office activities.
· Handle multi-media and outbound activities.
· Provide and improve general customer services.
· Support marketing, sales and customer service processes.
· Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities.

Minimum requirements
· National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business in Finance/ Marketing/ Commerce/Social Sciences/Business Management at NQF6 with 240 credits.

Experience:
· 2 years experience in working with customers, customer relations.
