Salary: R 237 453 – R 279 708 per annum, (plus benefits) (SL 5).

Duties:
Assist with the coordination of bursary application processes;
Assist with coordinating and monitoring financial aid processes;
Analyse NSFAS provisionally funded students, control budget for students support services;
Assist with the coordination of providing feedback to students relating to the progress of the bursary process as communicated by NSFAS;
Assist in reporting on all bursary allocations and progress;
Ensure that Student support services and facilities are rendered and sufficiently provided across campuses;
Responsible for class representative elections;
Chronic absenteeism and support for struggling students;
Employable skills training, Health and wellness activities – for example, Activations;
Awareness campaigns, organise induction;
Academic support facilitates struggling students;
Attend Sports, Arts and Culture meetings.

Requirements:
Matric or Grade 12;
National N Diploma in Financial Management or Equivalent;
1– 2 Years appropriate experience;
Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collate financial statistics, knowledge of ITS;
Driver’s license;
Knowledge and understanding of the TVET/CET administration will be an added advantage.
