Position: Middle Manager Maintenance (Generation) Grootvlei Power Station Position/Task Grade: M18 Area of specialization: To effective manage the Maintenance Group to meet business objectives. (Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Control and Instrumentation Maintenance and Routine Work Management) Department: Maintenance Business Unit: Grootvlei Power Station Location: Grootvlei Power Station –Mpumalanga

Key Responsibilities
Manage the group human resource
Manage the maintenance priorities
Manage systems and procedures
Manage compliance to all safety, health, environment and requirements
Negotiate and mange contracts
Manage group budget according to PFMA
Manage spares requirements and assets in Section
Implement long and short term objectives and set direction for group
Manage the training and authorisation of personnel

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
B Tech/ B Degree Technical

Experience:
7 years Technical Services experience
