Clerk: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support Services
Salary: R 228 321.00 – R 268 950.00 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Regional Office: Mmabatho (Ref No. SAS NW 09/2025

Duties:
Assist with the administrative functions pertaining to Facilities Management within the Region. Assist with the administrative support services such as: Registry, rendering of services through 3rd parties (Cleaning, catering etc.). Record, capture and retrieve correspondence and data pertaining facilities management. Travel arrangements. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should hold Senior Certificate NQF level 4 as recognised by SAQA. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential. A three-year National Diploma in Public Management / Business Management / Facility or Property Management (NQF6) and knowledge in Facility Management will be an added advantage
