· Provide user Support for logged requests and incidents
· Developing Solutions
· Performs System Testing
· System changes and enhancements
· Process documentation and reviews
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· National Diploma in Information Technology/Systems at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology
